Your teams will go through an extensive training programme at the RZ-Clean-Seal® Training Centre (based in Wakefield) and will also recieve on site training. You will be given access to all our central systems for business management, maketing, administration, invoicing and financial management. RZ-Clean-Seal® offers a comprehensive finance package that allows you to establish yourself very quickly. The investment required to purchase an RZ-Clean-Seal® franchise is estimated at £58,620. As a new franchisee you will be provided with a complete package of start up support to help you get the business established in your assigned area including

Potential Earnings

Over the years we have gained good relationships with suppliers who can assist you with finance.

If you need finance within your business, we can help to produce a business plan to support your case for finance. In most cases 50% of the intial capital required can be arranged through business finance.

We have created a set of detailed franchise forecasts that cover the first 5 years of operations, we will go through these in detail with you.

In the early years the finance shows potential pre tax profits of £85K are realistic and then moving to a multi-vehicle operation with potential pre tax profits of up to £150K within 2 years.

Franchise Terms and Renewal: The RZ-Clean-Seal® agreement lasts for 5 years initially and contains a right of renewal at the end of the term. This means you can continue to grow and develop your business on an ongoing basis. As the business grows the annual profits should also increase.

If you want to sell your franchise the Franchise Agreement contains a clause so you can sell your franchise to someone new at a price agreed between both parties.
